As you read this, Dubuque residents and community organizations are coming together to help make Imagine Dubuque, our city's comprehensive plan, a reality. These Champions (as we like to call them) are working on projects, small and large, that address specific categories and recommendations of the plan.

TRACKING PROGRESS + ACHIEVING RESULTS

Data and metrics are being collected from a variety of sources to track progress and success in achieving the 110 recommendations outlined in the plan. Over 40 individuals from the City and local organizations have stepped-up to lead and manage specific categories and sub-categories of the plan.
