Imagine Dubuque 2037: A Call to Action, the 2017 City of Dubuque Comprehensive Plan, will be considered by City Council at a public hearing this evening! The City Council will review the Draft Plan and welcome residents to share their thoughts and/or support.

The Comprehensive Plan serves as a guide for the community’s physical, social and economic development. It is a key tool to developing policy, informing the city budget, and community initiatives. Imagine Dubuque is designed to further the momentum to create a more viable, livable, and equitable community.
Imagine Dubuque is the community’s plan and reflects the values and goals expressed by Dubuque residents and stakeholders throughout the Imagine Dubuque campaign. The plan outlines the community’s goals and establishes a framework of partnership and collaboration for successful implementation.
